The healthcare consulting unit is headed by Enda Flynn MBA who has more than 25 years experience as a senior healthcare executive.

Enda was vice president of operations at Mercy Healthcare, a top 5 large US health system. His responsibilities included:

  • Redesign and transformation of Mercy’s hospital operations through partnerships with physicians, nursing and all care team leaders, leveraging virtual (telemedicine) solutions.

  • Improve Mercy’s culture and processes to reduce inpatient length of stay, readmissions and patient and provider experiences.

  • Develop analytic tools and new workflows to optimize hospital throughput and better understand variance by payors, providers, demographics, diagnosis, dispositions, etc.

  • Led day to day operations at Mercy Virtual for over 200 co-workers.

Previously Enda was the head of sales at Radialogica, a healthcare analytics company focused on radiation oncology.

In addition to Radialogica, Mr. Flynn was the co-founder of Connell Curtis Group, The Positioning Experts. Connell Curtis Group provides business consulting services and invests in startups.

Prior to joining Radialogica, Enda served as executive vice president of sales for Xenex, where he was responsible for developing and managing sales, strategic alliances and corporate development operations. Enda grew Xenex’s sales organization from 2 to over 25 employees revenue from a few hundred thousand to $17M in less than three years.

Enda previously spent many years in management roles at AT&T, where he led numerous product development initiatives and strategic alliances, including AT&T’s relationship with Yahoo!.

Mr. Flynn earned his MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering from University College Dublin in Ireland.
